I found that dedicating some “Me Time” for myself really helps. I just went through a major disappointment recently, and I got through it by watching chickflicks, and cleaning up my apartment.

definitely thrifting!! thats my number one cheer upper. If not thrifting, ironically, a couple glasses of wine while watching a good romantic comedy AND trying not to cry while watching usually does the trick.

I put on my pajamas and my Friends dvds :) That show cracks me up, I love it! Also, hot chocolate and a box of tissues. Or I’ll sit down to the piano and play/sing for a while.

It’s always tempting to go back to bed, but that usually makes it worse. I’ve found that getting my butt off the couch and exercising does wonders! It’s hard to get yourself moving, but it works better than eating, like I mentioned in my last response :P
