I’m sorry sweety, I don’t mean to disappoint, but I’ll tell you the truth: Stretch Marks are permanent snapping of the elastic bands in the skin, & they’re mostly permanent. There are some pricey creams & even some laser like treatments available, & they help to a small degree.

I’ve got them too and they SUCK. Sadly, there’s really nothing you can do to totally get rid of them. All you can do is diminish the appearance.

If they’re new (red/purple rather than white), try a regimen of Vitamin E oil and/or cocoa butter or shea butter to help the skin heal and prevent more stretching.

Eat a diet (and/or take a supplement) high in vitamins A, E, C, and zinc.

Drink buttloads of water.

Doing exercises that tone your thighs can not only reduce the appearance a little but make you feel more confident about that area of your body so the stretch marks aren’t as big of a deal.

Using a dry brush to vigorously brush your skin on a regular basis can improve circulation which diminishes cellulite and helps prevent more stretch marks.
(It’s also nice for exfoliating the skin, too).

Laser treatments are available but I don’t think the results are profound enough to really make them worth the high cost.

The most effective treatment method is to implement vitamin loaded gel to the effected regions multiple instances everyday. This solution has been proven to dramatically reduce and eliminate the appearance of stretch marks on your body.

I think there are some surgeries for that, I guess, but you can simply do a tattoo on the stretch mark to cover it, that is a good idea in my opinion :) tattos can be sexy or cute, just choose whatever you like :)

Omorovicza firming body oil worked well on my stretch marks. It made them less visible. I’m still using it. You can also try rosehip oil.

Apply wheat germ oil on pregnancy stretch mark to get rid of stretch marks..This oil improve the collagen level that helps to reduce stretchmarks.
Also healthy diet which includes vitamin A ,C and E plays very important role to prevent belly stretch marks.
some essential oil like calendula ,lavender oil,Castor oil also help to reduce visibility of the stretch marks.

What I’ve found is that a little bit of self-tan or a natural summer-tan really helps – it’s cheap quick fix, at least :)

I don’t think you can get rid of them entirely but i’ve heard things like vitamin e cream, palmer’s cocoa butter, and in particular a brand called Bio-oil help to improve the appearance.

I hear Mederma had a stretch mark cream, but it’s about $40. Then again, that’s cheap if your considering surgery or something else! I haven’t tried it myself, because my stretch marks aren’t all that bad, and they do fade a bit over time.

Creams and magic pills dont work so dont waste your time money or effort doing this. Stretch marks fade as you skin tightens which means you will have to workout and with time they will become less visible. They are never going to go away just let cellulite.

i’ve got them on both sides of my hips :( the only thing that I know about that kinda helps is bio-oil. And also brushing you skin, like on that area with the marks, This will help you blood circulate better and fade them a tad. Other than, toning you body (excersise) is a good way also as this tightens the skin and fade it. Combine those together and you’ll be sure to almost lose them or at least fade them until you can’t see them unless you’re extra close up :) hope this helps!

You can fade these but consistancy is the key to doing it. If you’re too anxious and stop they’re staying right where they’re at. Get a cream and keep applying it until you see results. The only case in which I have seen the same results in chemical peels with acne. Wow, chemical peels really get rid of acne quick.

Excel Skin Care has a great all purpose cream that can be used for stretch marks, scars and acen. Buy through their store on Amazon for the best prices. Good luck.

Sorry, but once stretch marks are formed, there is no way to remove them. As I was a chubby kid, I had them way before I was pregnant so it did not bother me at all even after 2 kids. Having said that, I know people who swear by Clarin’s body oil (tonic). They tend to use it before, during and after pregnancy (which I know is not your case!)…and if you don’t get anything, at least you get better toned skin! Also, if you detox your body regularly by drinking lots of water, exercising, and occasional/regular deep tissue massage, the marks maybe less visible.

Final advice – they are NOT that drastic and you are probably the only one who notices them, so chin up!
