Do you exercise to stay in shape? Fashion is my number one motivator for getting fit, and I’m getting ready to drop my winter weight (goal of 20 lbs, yikes…) I’m planning on running 2 miles a day, and I’m adding some weight training once I fall into a routine.

What’s it like for you? Do you eat a special way?

After tanked up by the aforementioned healthy meals…drunken intercourse serves as the perfect cardio for me. Well, it covers other parts of the body, giving me a total workout. Being the generous soul that I’m, I inturn return the favour to someone else…simultaneously!

I walk everyday going to the office and from office to my apartment. It’s four blocks away. I eat protein rich breakfast to start up my metabolism. I eat fruits in between meals.

I have a gym membership. I join all the classes they offer. It more fun to take class and you can meet new friend to motivate you also. Always switch it up.

Wish I had a treadmill, I use one in our school’s weight room about three times a week. As it is, I do half an hour of workout yoga every night and don’t eat too much junk. Try the free iPhone/iTouch app MyFitnessPal, it is awesome.

how do I stay fit?

-well, actually right now, i think i gained weight but im really trying my best to get back to the weight that suits for my age and height.

I do belly dancing, core rhythm, sit ups, then diet on food… :)

I am trying to start working out again but I am to lazy. And one other thing… I have this problem with the knee since last year so I can’t run or ride a bicycle :(… I don’t know what am I going to do really…

I cancelled my membership to the gym (too expensive :/ …) a while ago so now I’m trying out this workout dvd called Brazil Butt Lift, haha! It is actually quite fun and once I got the rhythm of it I get a good workout!

By working out on a regular basis, your body becomes more efficient at burning calories. This gives you more energy throughout the day. It is best to get at least one half hour of exercise three times a week, but any amount of exercise is better than none at all.

Walking 2-3 times a week and bellydance classes once a week :) Trying to eat healthy a lot more, but sometimes drive thrus are so very convienient lol

I think the best to keep ourselves fit is going for morning walk regularly and performing power yoga.These are the best ways to stay fit.

I try to eat a healthy diet, and run when there’s good weather. You should try POP Pilates on youtube too (I love it, it really works!) : http://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates
