Okay so I decided to try a work out program with a personal trainer (Dejon Danger Miller) and i lost 5 lbs in two weeks! My pants are less tight, have more energy, and am walking around with a bit more confidence =)
He not only works your body, he’s there for support, I can text him with questions, and concerns

that’s cool good job! i lost 8 lbs in 1 week from changing my habits. i ate ate ate constantly, most fruits and vegetables, soy crisps are a cool rice cake snack (you can eat 17 and it’s only 110 calories!) and exercised. mind you, i wasn’t starving at all but i felt more energetic and happier.
